Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Financial Planning area as a SAFe system Architect / Chief IT developer and Product owner for a SAFe System team, where we work closely together with Product Owners within the Agile Release Trains for Advice and Digital Wealth to transform our business requirements into the abstractJV_description of architecture.
You will also work together with the development teams to design and to deliver solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define the high-level solution architecture and architectural roadmap for the Advisory Agile Release Train (Nordea Investment Center) and transfer it into executional features
- Support the shaping of Epics, as well as provide input into Capabilities and Features
- Have a leading role in defining the System architectural function inside the Advisor train and cooperate across the development areas inside Wealth management
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and lead the way for solutions collaborating with Development Teams to drive out architecturally significant decisions and implementation
- Cover Data Information and Security Architecture
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects and System Architects across relevant business areas
- Collaborate closely with Business identifying and transforming their visions into architectural requirements
- Collaborate closely with the RTE to define and enforce processes and way of working regarding the architecture and technical set up
- Drive and follow up on the Agile Release trains capabilities as Product owner of the System team.

The person we are looking for are process oriented and able to both plan, drive and implement efficient way of working. You are structured, analytical and poses execution power and are result oriented. Have a proven track record in high level stakeholder management and is able to communicate complex issues in an easy understandable manner (translate IT into business language) Technical skills:
- Practical and technical knowledge of architecture and integration patterns (EA, Applications, process, security, integrations, information)
- General knowledge of Java and related technologies and frameworks
- Project management skills
- Experience with Agile and SAFe ways of working
- SDLC and ITIL knowledge
