If you bring solid experience within SAP APO, and you are looking for a Solution Architect opportunity in which you will be able to focus on architecture and design, here’s a unique opportunity for you. Right now and in the years to come we are designing, developing and implementing SAP across all business and productions units globally. For this, we need you, and your ability to take lead. Owner & architect of LEO Pharma’s SAP APO concepts and solutions

Based in our SAP Solution Architects team your focus is to design and build the architecture of SAP APO solutions across LEO Pharma, in close collaboration with other Solution Architects covering other domains. You will be part of defining the future SAP APO strategy, and you will be responsible for the architecture of solutions delivered and developed by external project teams, leveraging existing enterprise architecture assets (business processes, applications, data, technology), while ensuring compliance with the overall SAP Strategy.

All hands-on work related to configurations, development of features etc. is outsourced to external partners. As such, you will work on a higher level and bridge the business’ needs with the opportunities in SAP. You will:

• Identify, develop and qualify overall design/architecture of new solutions that meet the business needs – external consultants handle configurations etc.
• Qualify, challenge and resource estimate requests for changes/new solutions – in dialogue with stakeholders across the business
• Participate in projects in your role as Subject Matter Expert within SAP APO
• Coordinate deliveries – delegate, follow up and assure quality
• Discuss possible solutions with external supporters regarding escalated incidents

Across all of your tasks it is vital that you ensure consistent compliance with the overall solution architecture of our SAP solution portfolio.

Solid experience with designing and implementing global SAP APO solutions

You have at least five years’ experience from working with SAP APO, as well as the interdependencies and integration points towards other relevant SAP Modules.

Founded within your business acumen you can identify needs and business improvements, conceptualize and communicate proposals for design/architecture – and coordinate development and implementation with external consultants.

As solution owner and gatekeeper of development you will need a certain level of authority including the ability to back your decisions with solid and easy-understandable arguments. In combination with your understanding of the mechanisms in a large organization you know when to stand your ground and when to compromise (in dialogue with very strong stakeholder personalities in high level positions). As you will work in an organization in rapid development you must thrive in an environment where the only constant is change. This require stamina and energy.

You will join 10 highly skilled SAP Solution Architects covering our entire SAP solution portfolio at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. We own and design all SAP solutions across the global LEO organization. We share a passion for taking advantage of the opportunities in SAP, in the overall design as well as in each configuration.
