This is an opportunity to join a competent and dedicated department responsible for Sales & Operations Planning activities in Product Supply. About the department Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is overall responsible for balancing supply/demand on a 2 year horizon. We are responsible for creating maximum supply chain visibility across Product Supply supported with various supply chain tools, KPI’s & reports. Sales & Operations Planning works out of Bagsværd with occasional visits to the sites in and outside Denmark. The job You will be part of a department responsible for S&OP, ensuring continuous high delivery performance to our markets. You will take lead in developing supportive planning tools and KPIs that support our end-to-end Supply Chain performance as well as having an active role in supply chain management reporting. You will participate in development, validation and maintenance of reliable systems and tools used for measuring and analysing our supply chain, which is currently based on data warehouse/front-end systems. You will be in contact with our stakeholders throughout the supply chain, ensuring that we have the best possible systems and tools. With this position you get an excellent opportunity for getting hands on experience with the Novo Nordisk supply chain and build unique business knowledge. Qualifications You hold a master’s degree within a relevant IT or business education. You have high skills within programming and data base modelling, flair for inventing and developing simplified and high quality tools. Furthermore, you master the ability to nagivate through highly complex data and challenging source availability. You have high analytical skills and are very confident with data retrieval, analysis and reporting. You work with relation databases, data modelling, BI / OLAP. You have experience with at least a couple of below platforms/techniques: SQL Server Database development, T-SQL and Reporting Services, Front-end Application development in ASP.NET, C# and Reporting Services, ETL processes and handling of data quality, Tools like Qlickview, Tableau, Sharepoint, SAP BW You write and speak English fluently. You work independently, take responsibility and it is natural for you to build network and create relations. You are respected for your results, commitment and attitude to problem solving.
