Running a series of Global Logistics Projects across factories and sales organisations is an important way to achieve this, and we are looking for a supply chain professional to help drive the process and build up the right competences. Direct impact on the achievements regionally and globally In this job, you will be a key player in global supply chain projects. Your primary responsibility will be to both participate in and lead change management projects by implementing best practice logistics tools and processes within cooling. As project manager, you will have the overall responsibility for delivering the business results in the projects. You should expect 25-30 travel days per year. In addition to project management, your tasks will also include: •Defining and running logistics audits, ensuring target setting and follow-up, reviewing and evaluating audit concepts •Development of logistics solutions •Contribution to preparation of policies, strategies and action plans •Link between divisions and IT: complex troubleshooting, creating CBIs and being a business expert in SAP implementations and upgrades •Ensuring good stakeholder relations and networking activities •Performing training and facilitating workshops •Checking and investigating online data and processes •Creating reports, statistics, analyses and presentations •Running logistics pilots according to PRG We offer a very independent job with lots of opportunities for personal and professional development and high influence on the development of a key area for our business growth. Sterling communication skills and project management experience You have a relevant educational background at Master’s level with several years of experience within supply chain management. Your background might be in logistics, sales, production, purchasing or IT/SAP, and you have strong analytical skills. You manage ERP, SAP and Microsoft Office tools, and knowledge of the refrigeration industry would be an asset. You have a strongly process-oriented mind-set and possess a strong drive to reach the targets and get things done on time in a busy and dynamic environment. You need solid skills within project & change management to take on project management responsibilities.
