The Element Qualification team - guardians of quality

All LEGO elements that we manufacture have, at some point, been through a moulding process. To ensure that each element is produced with the right measurements, functionality and visual shape, each mould must be evaluated before they are released into our global production facilities.

As a qualification technician, you will join our Element Qualification team, which is part of Elements & Moulds within Engineering & Quality. Together with your 12 fellow qualifications employees, you will essentially function as an ambassador for the quality of our moulds by:

• Approving or rejecting elements for both a measuring, visual and functional perspective

• Releasing approved moulds into global production

• Supporting development, processing and production divisions on issues and offering ideas for improvements

• Ensuring updated documentation

Shaping the future of moulding though collaboration

We know that we need to dare to share in order to secure continuous improvement of our moulds. This is why we work closely together, sharing both office space, questions and ideas. We truly enjoy our work. We are therefore extremely diligent on rejecting moulds that do not live up to our standards, and we are known to get very involved in finding solutions that help ensure optimal quality.

Are you our new qualification employee?

Whether you have recently graduated or have some experience as a qualification technician within production is not important to us. What does matter is that you have the motivation to learn and that you can communicate and collaborate efficiently with colleagues from your own and other in our value chain. Moreover, we look for:

• Good technical understanding of plastic processing cast moulding or similar

• Knowledge of the value chain for production

• Interested to be colleague in a Global team.

• Fluent communication skill in Danish and English

• The ability to travel up to 15 days per year to join team seminars

• Preferably, experience with SAP and problem-solving tools like Six Sigma or DMAIC - although it is not a must

Bringing it to life

You will get trained to ensure you get expertise and experience you need to handle the Qualifications technician position. Over time you will have the opportunity to take on more challenging evaluations and work on solving design challenges.
