The job
As Senior Global Rewards Manager, you will report directly to the Global Vice President of Compensation, Benefits and Mobility. We are a small central team with many outstanding colleagues in our 40 markets.

Your role will be to design, implement and communicate on an ongoing basis the core pillars of the Carlsberg Global Reward Philosophy. This will include, but not be limited to:

 Rewards and career infrastructure; including position evaluation and the links to career pathing and organizational design.

• Global processes relating to the annual reward cycle.
• Global Benefits Strategy design and implementation.
• Communications and Capability building of both leaders and HR colleagues.
• Global incentive plans, both STI and lTI (together with the VP, C&B)

 

Your profile
Our ideal candidate will have been working for at least 5-7 years within Rewards or a related HR CoE in a global company. You are therefore an independent and fully-fledged Rewards expert who is looking for an opportunity to have real impact in a challenging environment. You have a proven track record of rolling out global programmes in an truly international company. 

Although you have a rounded rewards background, you understand that what really matters is how you communicate our ideas to our 40,000 colleagues around the world. Being a clear and motivating communicator is a must. 

Most important of all is your mindset. We are a collaborative organization who achieve results together. Our success criteria is business outcomes, not functional deliverables. You thrive in occasional ambiguity but always striving to make the business better.

 

Your profile in brief:

• Preferably at least 5-7 years’ experience working Global Rewards Function.
• Direct experience of global ownership of rewards/HR change programs and implementations.
• Direct experience with incentive plans, including design and administration of Long Term Incentives.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders in the organization
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
