Do you want to work in an environment in which creativity and challenging status quo is as valued as scientific excellence? If so, you could be our new colleague in Formulation Technology, an ambitious team of 4 scientists, 5 technicians based near Copenhagen, Denmark.

Working with global Household Care application research, marketing and customers, you’ll be responsible for developing the enzyme-based detergent formulation prototypes of the future, innovating around the formulations in the market improving cost, performance and sustainability profile.

Alongside an in-depth understanding of the scientific principles of the laundry application, you also possess strong skills of experimental design, data analysis and modelling to facilitate the detergent formulation work. In your daily work, you’ll use these talents to pioneer research and transform it into business value for our customers.

The position is based in Denmark and on local employment terms.

In this position you need to:

• Have a Master or PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry or similar; preferably familiar with statistics and data modelling
• 3-5 years of formulation experience from the detergent industry, preferably within product development and have succeeded bringing new products/innovation to the market
• Be a proven team player with outstanding communication and networking skills
• Project leader ambitions
• Be proactive and highly self-motivated
