Job Description Are you a results-oriented and responsible individual with an eye for detail, measurements, and who enjoys people-management? We are currently looking for a Senior Supervisor for our Instrumentation & Controls department. You will report directly to the Manager of Instrumentation & Controls and will have six energetic calibration technicians reporting to you. You and your team will be responsible for ensuring that the site’s calibration activities are well coordinated and aligned with GMP and EHS best practices. You will also be responsible for driving improvement initiatives and participate in new projects. Your primary focus as Senior Supervisor, Instrumentation & Controls will be to oversee a team of six calibration technicians while coordinating various calibration activities. This includes working with internal and external parties and aligning calibration activity with the Instrumentation, Automation, Manufacturing and Validation departments. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: • Coordinate and plan daily calibration activities to keep the Hillerød facility GMP compliant • Supervise calibration technicians during day-to-day operation including one-on-one performance management and development plans • Resolve and coordinate troubleshooting issues related to instrumentation and calibration • Ensure inspection readiness for the department, prepare Remedial Action Reports and deviations for instrumentation • Provide support for new projects related to instrumentation and calibration *LI-DEN 1 Location Denmark-Hillerod Job Category Operations, Technology & Innovation (PO&T) Requisition Number 24149BR Qualifications The ideal candidate has a relevant degree in combination with at least seven years’ experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment and solid knowledge of instrumentation and calibration. To achieve success you will need a systematic and analytical approach while handling multiple concurrent tasks and managing a team of six employees.
