Strategic Account Development, Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) We are looking for a Strategic Account Development Manager. You will be part of our Global Strategic Account team, dedicated at supporting Novozymes’ largest accounts across industries and regions in reaching their business targets. Our clear and bold ambition is that we want to become a world class strategic account organization having the customer in focus for everything we do. You will report directly to the Head of Strategic Account Development in GSA. Qualifications You possess a master’s degree in Business Administration (Cand.Merc) or Economics (Cand.Polit.) You have working experience (2-4 years), preferably from a large international organization or consulting company and/or experience within a sales, marketing, business development, or commercial excellence function. Working with strategic account development would be an advantage Project management experience and skills are required. This includes:?Strong business acumen, including an ability to understand and solve commercial problems Translate complex challenges into concrete actions and approaches Strong planning, facilitation and presentation skills We are looking for a person with a high impact personality, persuasive communication skills and a strong ability to manage and drive positive change. Challenges The overall responsibilities will be to help frame, plan, facilitate and drive Strategic Account development initiatives across our strategic accounts to ensure an optimal process, involvement of all relevant stakeholders and at the same time keep focus on impact and continuous improvement. Interaction with stakeholders requires cultural and situational sensitivity, involving dialogue with people at all levels & functions in the organization. Furthermore, ability to develop project presentations and materials as well as conducting project workshops is key. Some examples of responsibilities could be: Frame, plan and drive SA initiatives to ensure world class strategic account management (e.g. executive engagement, account team structure) Support development and implementation of Regional growth strategies for Strategic Accounts in close cooperation with the Strategic account managers Plan and organize major events for Strategic & Key account managers (purpose of events being e.g. skill development & best practice sharing) Develop & implement a platform/community for Knowledge sharing across Strategic & Key accounts The position will be based in Bagsvaerd, DK.
