Interoperability for premium communication experiences
The Strategic Alliances team is responsible for maintaining and building up relationships with major providers of desk phones and software-based communication clients from companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel & Amazon. The team makes sure that our engineers develop easy-to-install solutions that make our products interoperable with desk & soft phones and software ecosystems. They also explore ways of further improving our joint customer offer from a technical perspective.
In short, in this role you will lead the Strategic Alliance team that is vital for providing our customers with the premium communication experience that our headsets and speakerphones are renowned for!
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will:
- Manage and be overall responsible for all global strategic alliance partnerships
- Ensure interoperability and software integrations with all major desk phones and software-based communications clients
- Set the strategy for the Strategic Alliances function
- Leverage global partnership sales- and marketing opportunities
- Work with our local strategic alliance sales organizations to ensure end-customer lead generation and leverage local channel opportunities with our strategic alliance partners
- Lead a team of two Technical Managers and one System Administrator in a resourceful and engaging way
Your qualifications
- Extensive experience with strategic partnerships and business development/global sales - ideally in a B2B multi-layer channel setup
- Experience with Unified Communications products and services and/or consumer electronics industry
- Proven and demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and manage relationships on executive level
- Very strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience from working cross-functionally in an international organization
- Result-oriented, proactive, energetic, determined to succeed, and an entrepreneurial individual
- Available for travel between 20-30 days per year
