Do you have experience in developing international shopper and consumer marketing based on insights? Would you like a vital position where you translate insights into communication objectives and help set the strategic direction for communication and deliver sparring to high level marketing leads? Facilitate effective communication concepts Your primary responsibility is to capture and embed insights about shoppers into creative strategies. To do so, you join 40 specialists in the Creative Center in the LEGO® Group’s internal Shopper Marketing Agency (SMA). Here, you serve as an important link between SMA’s project teams, clients and market intelligence teams and you advise clients and creative teams on developing communication solutions that embed insights. In more detail, you will: Be responsible for SMA's shopper insights efforts, driving the over-all agency knowledge about e.g. shopper trends, kids and media and secure a strong foundation of knowledge, insights and strategy for the creative teams to develop communication concepts Develop and adapt activation campaigns, including brief/debriefs with clients, present core ideas to clients, etc. Work closely with the project/creative managers to secure that SMA delivers on clients’ needs and challenges, including sparring with clients on their business and marketing objectives Work broadly with all our product lines and travel approximately 20 days per year Connected community You will connect the existing shopper and consumer insights of the LEGO® Group with the creative solutions in collaboration with countless stakeholders - from creative colleagues over project managers to top marketing executives. Initially, you will focus on European markets, however, in time, the whole world might be your playground. In doing so, you help spark our message of creativity, collaboration and play to more children globally. Trustworthy strategist with solid business and client acumen and international experience The challenge will be to give feedback and honest sparring throughout your stakeholder landscape. To truly deliver, you need to be mature, persistent and independent, yet it also takes empathy and cultural understanding to know when to step back and listen. Moreover, you probably: Hold a master level degree and 5+ years of experience as a strategic planner or communication strategist, giving you a solid track record of creating communication solutions for brands and translating target group insights into strategies and concepts Have documented experience with international projects.
