Define the framework of your own department

Dynaudio is fast-growing and we are not lying when we say that we are currently running fast. It means that we are increasing the workforce in our Procurement team, and we are looking for three experienced Strategic- and Project Purchasers to join us!

In this position you will get a unique chance to take part in building up the procurement department by implementing and optimising our procedures.

The position as Strategic Purchaser will be under general direction of the Manager of Strategic and Operational Purchase, where you will play an important role as a partner and help define the procurement strategy and create excellent results. 

A job with responsibility for running your own projects

Currently, we are looking into the best ways to optimise the supply chain, i.e. cut procurement expenses and improve effectiveness. Your responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and thereby be responsible for:

• Preparation of category strategies
• Supplier management including supplier search, selection, evaluation and negotiation
• Manage commercial activities in close corporation with the Project Manager in developing projects
• Contribute to meet the target of cost reduction
• Supply Chain optimisation: conclusion of frame orders, optimal MOQ, inventory set-up

In close corporation with your seven colleagues in Procurement which are spread over China and Denmark and with our Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be ensuring a high-quality level on sourced items.

You should expect between approximately 20-30 travel days a year.

Your profile is important to us!

We are looking for competent and experienced Strategic- and Project Purchasers; eager to take on responsibility and making a difference for a global organisation. We imagine that you have a BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration. Also, we expect you to have:

• Advanced knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
• Experience in global negotiations and contracts with aptitude in decision-making
• Skills in collecting and analysing data and working with numbers
• The drive to make changes and see things through
• The desire to learn and acquire new skills

Being part of a global organisation, excellent language skills are required in both written and spoken English.
