Want to manage major strategic projects? Are you experienced within IT security and compliance, and are motivated by driving the organisational and technical change? Then you might be our new Senior Program Manager. The position we offer Our new Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating all IT compliance matters within Capital Markets IT. The Program Manager will together with the management motivate the change in the organisation and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate fixing regulatory issues and execute large cross-functional change projects. The right person will be able to work both at a strategic and operative level and in some cases drive the initiative personally. The qualifications you need You have proven experience in organizing, leading and/or managing complex, transformational programs & change initiatives with multiple delivery teams Furthermore you have proven experience with IT compliance and good knowledge of IT security disciplines. Certifications within Program-, project- and change management will be considered an advantage. You are capable of navigating and keeping overview across multiple stakeholders and unclear requirements. You are self-driven and are outgoing with good networking skills. You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate in English both orally and in writing. As you will be part of a performance-oriented and dynamic environment, you are persistent and have focus on quality and have great attention to detail.
