Job Description

Danfoss is looking for Strategical Product Manager with technical knowledge and a sharp business mind-set. For this position it is important to have an interest in the global digitalization trends and how to apply these to industrial products. It will be your responsibility to develop the strategy for your own product portfolio and help develop Danfoss to the next level within sensors. You will be managing a product portfolio on a strategical level in regards of profitable growth and translate market needs into new products. You will participate in new product development projects until it is handed over to the Product Manager. Furthermore, customer visits globally to support sales/segment managers in identifying new products and solutions are an important part of your responsibility.
 
You will become a part of our Product Management team consisting of five competent and skilled colleagues in Industrial Automation, a part of the Danfoss Cooling Segment (DCS).
 
Background and skills

• To be considered for this position, we look at the following background and skillset:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in in Engineering combined with relevant experience in Business Administration/Strategy development.
• Ability to conceptualise and drive ideas into real-life products.
• Ability to work in an environment where priorities often change, and days are difficult to plan.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate efficiently across all levels of the organisation.
• You are persistent, have excellent analytical skills and self-driven.
