As Art Director, you will join the Creative Department in our Billund office, where you will be a part of a global project team, responsible for delivering best-in-class 360-degree retail activation campaigns worldwide. Being a member of the creative team, you will have a unique opportunity to work in-depth with one of the world’s strongest brands among children and their families. Your campaigns will have massive impact on a global scale and reach millions of consumers and shoppers across a wide range of markets. Take charge of the creative process and support the team Together with the creative team, you deliver top quality creative solutions to our stakeholders. You are creatively responsible for deliverables in your project portfolio and you have the mindset to challenge the stakeholders’ vision to ensure results above their expectations. At the same time, you are responsible for ensuring that all solutions are in compliance with LEGO Guidelines, standards and regulations. In addition, you serve as a key sparring partner for the creative team and other colleagues. This entails brainstorming sessions and working conceptually with solutions while delegating the detailed execution of the projects to the team. At the same time, you are the central contact for our stakeholders in the marketing departments - and you frequently present your solutions and recommendations at meetings. Art Director with solid marketing communication experience - You have a relevant education within Graphic Design or similar - You have 5+ years of experience from an advertising agency - Preferably, you have strong experience within shopper and trade marketing communications - You have solid presentation skills - You are fluent in English both written and spoken. As a person, you are independent, yet team-oriented. You understand that giving and receiving support and feedback is crucial in the creative process. With your strong marketing insight, you drive the creative process forward while using your solid communication skills to get colleagues, stakeholders and clients on board.
