The Communications team is looking for a Student Assistant to start as soon as possible. You will be working between 15–20 hours per week based at TORM’s office in Hellerup. The Job As Student Assistant, you will be the main writer of articles and news for TORM’s internal newsletter, the Shipmate, which is distributed monthly to all employees across the organization. You will also be in charge of the editorial process including layout, editing, approval and distribution. You will gain a broad network across the organization in order to get input for stories. ?Produce and edit articles for TORM’s intranet and internal newsletter ?Publish news and other content on the intranet ?Process images for the intranet ?Proof-read ?Other ad hoc tasks within the department Profile You are currently studying journalism or communications at BSc or MSc level. Your writing skills are second to none and you are fluent in English. If you also have flair for IT, i.e. editing websites, photos, and you are familiar working with the MS Office package that would be an advantage. ? Furthermore, you are: ?Highly driven and full of initiative ?Outgoing and good at building working relationships ?Able to keep deadlines ?
