Data-retrieval and validation
You will become part of our Global Supply Chain team and support your colleagues with all ground work needed to report on current stock, safety stock, and for making waterproof forecasts. In detail, you will
- Retrieve, collect and sanity-check data from Business Intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and forecasting
- Host planning monthly meetings with country partners and sales directors in APAC
- Data validation
- Complete ad hoc analysis of data and reports
- Produce presentations of Global Supply Chain KPIs
- Data mining and analysis for presentations to management
- Ad hoc office work
You will have the possibility to suggest and implement solutions that improve our way of using data. Thus, you will have a direct impact on our future work!
Analytical mind and strong eye for detail
For this role, we are looking for a student, who preferably is enrolled in the first years of a Bachelor study program related to supply chain, logistics, mathematics or engineering with focus on supply chain. In an ideal case, you have 2 years left of your studies and/or consider obtaining a Master’s degree.
This position is all about numbers; understanding, verifying and challenging them. Thus, you need strong analytical skills and in this position, you succeed best as an expert user of Excel. Knowledge of planning and supply chain processes are an advantage but not a must.
For us it is important that you are eager to learn, smart, and fun to be around with. Excellent English skills are a must, since the company’s internal language is English and we are dealing with international partners.
While we expect you to be at our office in Ballerup minimum twice a week in regular office hours (approx. 15hrs), but we adapt to your exam periods and study schedule.
