Copenhagen / Student / Finance-Accounting / Ref.: MO-079594 We are looking for a student assistant to join Finance Management at the Headquarters in Copenhagen. We Offer You will be assisting the Personal Assistant to the CFO and perform various ad-hoc tasks for the CFO areas – Global Finance; Planning, Performance & Economics; Strategy; Commercial; Procurement & Supply Chain and Tax & Treasury. As you will become part of an international organisation with offices around the world and interacting with people from many different cultures, you need to be proficient in both verbal and written English. Expected work hours will be approximately 15 hours per week. The position will be time limited with possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities The key objective of the position is to assist the Personal Assistant to the CFO in carrying out various administrative tasks and you will be responsible for the following: • Creating Service Orders for outside vendors and support vendor creations • Coding of invoices for payment • Ordering of office supplies • Updating of the Finance and Business Services intranet site • Booking of conference facilities • Support to the CFO areas • Other administrative ad-hoc tasks Who we are looking for You are studying for your Bachelor or Masters’ degree and have a minimum of two years left of your studies. The ideal candidate has a structured way of working, high sense of order and detail and is a fast learner of IT systems. He or she has a high level of energy as well as being an advanced and proficient user of the Microsoft Office package. Knowledge of SAP and SharePoint would be an advantage. Furthermore, the candidate needs to have good communication skills. As the job is a support function, it is essential to have good collaboration skills, be service-minded, patient and willing to assist in any tasks.
