For our Load Planning department we are looking for a Student Assistant. The Load Planning department facilitates cross-communication in demand and capacity planning. The department’s main responsibility areas are: handling changes requested by different parties, scenario evaluation and managing SAP APO, Business Warehouse and relevant reporting. What are my responsibilities? · Creating reporting templates and tools based on business needs · Preparing processes, tools and report descriptions and training materials · Running weekly KPI reports and analyzing results · Coordinating cross-departmental communication · Supporting in preparing management presentations What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are enrolled in a Master Studies within Economics, Management or Engineering (please attach your grade transcripts and write the expected graduation date in your CV) · You are an advanced user of MS Office with solid knowledge of VBA · Knowledge of SAP navigation is an advantage · You, furthermore, have a positive attitude towards you work and colleagues even when under pressure · You are precise in your daily work and set high quality standards for yourself · You complete your work 100% and continuously strive to learn more In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
