Location DK - Smørum Are you studying multimedia design, media production or similar? And do you want to expand your theoretical knowledge with some hands-on experience? Then we might have an exciting opportunity for you as Student Assistant for Oticon Online Learning. Oticon Online Learning (OOL) is a subdivision of the Training Team in Oticon Sales & Marketing. The primary focus in OOL is developing, producing and administrating Oticon’s offering of on-demand eLearning courses and live online training.This is carried out in close contact with subject matter experts from various areas such as product management, audiology, sales, marketing, other training units and Oticon sales companies worldwide. Your tasks Your tasks will be to support your three colleagues in delivering unmatched eLearning courses and support for live online training. We want to be world class in training and we need your help for that! More specifically your tasks will include: Supporting the graphical designer with various parts of content production for eLearning courses Helping with smaller video production tasks. Recording and editing Supporting translation process of eLearning courses. This involves small scale project management coordinating with customers and translation agency regarding deliveries and smaller alternations of courses Smaller administrative task. Maintaining project and process documents and taking meeting notes Ad hoc tasks Your profile As a person you are a strong teamplayer, you are enthusiastic about your work and you have a willingness to learn new skills. We expect you to be studying multimedia design, media production or similar. Experience with or knowledge on HTML 5, flash and delivery to mobile platforms or similar competencies will be considered an advantage. We expect you to be fluent in English. Want to join the team?
