Student assistant for Research Support, Carlsberg Research Laboratory, Copenhagen
We are busy driving the administrative processes and supporting our colleagues, and are looking for an energetic and dedicated student assistant to help us with the administrative tasks at Carlsberg Research Laboratory.
You will become an integrated part of the Research Support team and gain insight in many aspects of our work.
The tasks will among other things include purchasing, working in SharePoint, and other administrative tasks ad hoc (such as updating our organization charts, file system, and employee photo board)
About you:
- Have started your bachelor and will be able to work 10-15 hours weekly on average
- like administrative tasks
- Can work independently and are responsible
- have good communication skills in both Danish and English
- are an experienced user in Excel and PowerPoint (and preferably also in SharePoint)
