Description

Haldor Topsoe is a global company in rapid development. Our headquarters are based in Denmark, but the vast majority of our highly specialized catalysts and products are sold to industrial plants throughout the world. We are currently implementing Executive Sales- and Operations Planning. Therefore, we are now looking for an independent, analytical and data driven student worker to join our team.

You will be part of a small team and will gain insight into both forecasting, sales, production and learn about practical project management. We expect that you have a flexible time schedule to meet deliveries in peak periods – the same flexibility will be provided for you around the time of your exams. The average workload is around 15-20 hours a week.    

Your responsibilities

• Collect data and update reports for the monthly forecasts.
• Analyze, modelling and presentation of data.
• Prepare presentations for the monthly S&OP meeting cycle.
• Participate in Executive S&OP meetings and write minutes.

You

• have a strong drive and are eager to discover and learn about the business.
• are proactive, action oriented, and well organized.
• are responsible, independent, and methodical.
• have strong analytical skills  with a good understanding of data analysis.
• are proactive and are able to manage your own tasks.

Qualifications
You are outstanding at Excel and preferably VBA capable. You are proficient in PowerPoint.

You are in the final year of your bachelor’s degree program within business administration, business economics, chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar relevant area. It is essential that you are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
