About the department
In Group Business Solutions, we are working with global initiatives within IT. At the moment, we are looking for a Student Assistant who can help us within some of our key areas such as Business Process Management, Analytics & BI and systemization/digitalization. You will be part of the Solution Design team, assisting the Head of Business Process Managers (BPMs) and our team of Enterprise Architects on strategic initiatives to standardize our processes and system solutions.
Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Support with data analytics & report management, including development and updating of KPIs
- Design of Share Point sites for communication and availability of process standards and training material
- Assisting in development of process documentation
- Planning and preparation of workshops
Your qualifications:
- You are a bachelor or master student, within an area of relevance (i.e.. Cand. Merc. or e-Business)
- Advanced communication skills (English)
- You have excellent IT-skills and you are an advanced user of Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- You are organized, curious and excited to work in a B2B company
