Do you feel excited about the prospect of providing a financial overview in a complex and rapidly changing organisation, and would you like your work to have a high impact?

Join us and become Student Assistant in Cost & Allocation where you’ll influence decisions and handle tasks on your own, thereby contributing with your knowledge and expertise. You’ll become part of a team that is overall responsible for allocating shared cost across the organisation’s business units. Our key areas of responsibility include cost controlling of all Group functions, delivering financial overviews and ad hoc analyses.

Your key tasks will be to

• provide support during month closing and monthly reporting
• support the two annual forecast processes, including consolidating, analysing and reporting
• support cost controlling
• support financial analyses and business cases
• support process optimisation.

As you grow in the job, you’ll get your own areas of responsibility, which we expect you to drive and optimise upon. As Student Assistant, you’ll cooperate with other departments within Shared Functions, primarily Finance and IT, ensuring great business insight and insight into a large variety of financial aspects and terms.

Your competences include that you

• have knowledge of financial modelling in Excel, and preferably also of PowerPivot and SAPare studying finance, business administration or economy at bachelor or master level
• have a strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to your work
• have a strong personal drive, enabling you to take initiative and create high-quality results
• speak and write English fluently.

Moreover, you pay high attention to details and have the ability to perform under challenging conditions. It’s important that you thrive on working in a constantly changing environment, as you’ll be collaborating with many stakeholders and have many contact interfaces in your daily work.
