Student Assistant, Household Care Global Marketing, Bagsvaerd Denmark Within the household care division, we are looking for an ambitious and high-performing student assistant to join the Household Care Global Marketing. We are responsible for driving and realizing innovation projects internally but also externally through partnerships and joint innovation in collaboration with some of Novozymes’ largest customers. The work is cross-functional in nature, thus you will be exposed to a large variety of stakeholders throughout your daily work and you will gain a high level of exposure to the different functional areas within Novozymes. The department is highly project-based which will also be reflected in your primary tasks. You will assist the marketers in building strong project foundations ensuring that the commercial value proposition and technical feasibility fulfills the customer need(s) for a given project. This could involve market, customer, and competitor analyses; brand and positioning analyses; collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data; management and consolidation of pipeline data and ad hoc administrative tasks. The average time commitment in the position is 15-20 hours per week split on two-tree days. The workload can vary and we expect flexibility on your behalf. Consequently, we will also provide flexibility to account for exams or other periods in which less time can be dedicated to work. In this position you need to:•Be a student within business administration and economics on the final undergraduate or first master year (e.g. Cand. Merc. IMM, MIB, AEF, FSM) •Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Have a proactive and curious approach while not hesitating to ask questions •Be a good team player functioning well both in a team but also able to work independently •Have excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) •Be fluent in both oral and written English •Given the cross-functional nature of the department, possess great organizational and communicational skills to successfully engage with the broad stakeholder base Are you the next Zymer in our team?
