Then you might be the candidate we are looking for to join our project department working with establishing production all over the world? About the department Contract & Local Manufacturing (CLM) is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organisation. CLM is responsible for Novo Nordisk’s outsourced drug manufacturing world-wide. The primary role of CLM is to select, monitor and control the production handled by local manufactures in countries like India, Bangladesh, Algeria, Egypt, Russia, Japan and Central Europe. Furthermore CLM is involved in the establishment of new production sites in countries where local presence is required in order to obtain market access. As a student assistant you will join a team of 6 skilled colleagues in International Operation (IO) projects. CLM IO projects is responsible for project management of large projects related to establishing of packaging and filling facilities world-wide. The projects are established in corporation with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (external parties) which adds an additional dimension to the aspect of project and stakeholder management. The job You will be part of the daily operation of the department, supporting the Project Managers with presentations, reporting, status updates etc. You will participate in the establishment of project performance boards (LEAN) and be responsible for creating and maintaining the internal sharing sites for both internal and external parties. Depending on your profile you will also be involved in various deliveries and task related to the specific projects. You will be working in a department with highly dedicated employees and an international mind-set. In addition, you will be a part of Novo Nordisk Student Assistant network. This network has been established to improve competencies amongst our student assistants and to enlarge their social network while working at Novo Nordisk. Qualifications Preferably you are enrolled in the final year of your undergraduate degree or in the beginning of your graduate studies. You study within a technical field such as Engineering, Cand. Scient, IT or the similar. You have an interest in projects and enjoy working in teams. You have a good understanding of complex processes and know how to operate in a cross-cultural organisation with a high pace. As a student assistant you must be able to work independently and deliver results of high quality. Fluency in both written and oral English is a pre-requisite and 15-20 hours/week should be expected.
