About the department Sourcing Operations (SoOp) is the central purchasing area of Product Supply, whose responsibility is to manage the purchasing, distributing, and warehousing of the thousands of materials consumed by our global production facilities. In Business Support, we are a team 20 dedicated professionals, where among other responsibilities, we support this complex setup by pushing the boundaries to continually improve the organisations’ performance. The Job As a student assistant in Business Support, you will work with data analysis related to different business processes and assist in making data available for decision making. You will develop KPIs and excel and SAP reports to support continuous improvement. Finally, you will work on various ad-hoc management tasks. The job will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gain industry experience and build an invaluable network of talented professionals in the organisation. Qualifications You are working towards either a Bachelors or Masters degree within Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar. You have strong analytical skills, you work confidently with MS. Excel and have an interest to learn SAP. You are professional, self-engaged and show a high degree of independence as well as flexibility. You have an interest in working with supply chain management and have the ability to keep deadlines. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
