Key Responsibilities As a Student Assistant in C&B you will be expected to carry out various tasks related to: • Coordination of compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes. • Development of policies and supporting governance structure. • Day-­to-­day administrative operation in the Corporate C&B team. • Management of comp data in SAP and preparing analytics. • Submitting and completing C&B surveys. Who we are looking for You are probably studying for your Bachelor’s degree or on your first year of your Master’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Law or Finance and preferably have minimum one year left of your studies. It is important that you: • Have a strong interest in working within the C&B discipline. • Enjoy working with data crunching and compliance. • Have strong analytic skills and flair for numbers. • Are detail oriented, have a structured work approach and a strong focus on delivering timely and high quality work. • Enjoy being part of the team while being able to work independently.
