About the department In Regulatory Affairs we are responsible for developing and executing global strategies to obtain approvals worldwide for all Novo Nordisk's new products and for maintaining these approvals through life cycle management activities such as new medical indications, new or optimised production methods, or new manufacturing facilities. Regulatory Affairs also carries responsibility for developing and improving the Novo Nordisk product information and packaging material. We strive to be responsive to the worldwide business needs of Novo Nordisk, and to minimise time to approvals while ensuring compliance in a continuously changing global regulatory environment. The job In Regulatory Affairs, Novo Nordisk, we have a strong focus on competency development, and we are determined to learn from each other’s qualifications and previous experiences. You will work in Regulatory Academy, and in an informal and friendly working environment, together with a team consisting of 5 employees. You will take part in strengthening our cross organizational learning culture and enhance the value of our competency development. Working closely with the Training Advisor and Training Coordinator, you will support training activities and events to support the global Regulatory Affairs organization. The job consists of day-to-day administration of our courses. Among other things, you will be responsible for registration management, catering coordination, training documentation and training facility management. To support our processes, you will be trained in our Learning Management System. In addition you will be working with tasks such as; maintenance of Regulatory Academy homepage, creating new sites for new courses, uploading documents, printing posters, photocopying and other ad hoc tasks as appropriate. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate, who is one year in to a Bachelor education or about to finalize it. You must be/have:Independent, Competent in working with Microsoft, High level of service focus, Passionate about Training, Administration, Structured, Proactive, Detailed oriented and quality minded, Competent in English, Cross-cultural awareness skills, Prepared for change, positive attitude, Flexible, Outgoing.
