Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:

• Support employee requests and questions via phone or e-mail
• Create and maintain purchase requisitions in SAP
• Handle invoices in SAP
• On- and off boarding employees
• Reporting
• Updating spreadsheets
• Various administrational tasks to support CPH/DSO – e.g. preparing for meetings, ordering office supplies, printing etc.
• Manage the seating planning
• Preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and workshops
• Travel booking

Besides working side by side with your Total colleagues you will also be joining the student network STUDENTS (at) TOTAL which is a network for all students working in TOTAL in Denmark. This is a great opportunity to expand your network and network with peers at social events and interesting lectures. 
 
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.

Candidate profile

Who we are looking for
It is important that you possess a safety mindset. You are currently enrolled in your first or second year of Bachelor’s degree and we expect your study to be within Business Administration, Communications, International Business or other related area. Furthermore, you have a strong international mindset and good communication skills. We are looking for an extrovert team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals. Finally, you are systematic and detail oriented, able to keep deadlines and work independently.
 
Your background

• Resident in Denmark, Copenhagen area.
• Being enrolled in a Bachelor program is a requirement
• Proficiency in oral and written English is a must
• Experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge of SAP and Sharepoint is an advantage
