For our Project Quality Documentation Department in Brande, Denmark we are looking for talented and highly motivated Interns to support our team for a period of minimum six months. Project Quality Documentation at Siemens Wind Power is responsible for checking and gathering documentation so that the product quality requirements (of single part, as well as assembled units) are met and appropriately documented in order to fulfill customer and internal/external requirements. Traceability: recording serial numbers of turbine components and turbines to ensure a high product quality standard and lifetime - on a global basis. Due to increasing challenges there is a lot of potential and need to increase the efficiency of the overall organization. What are my responsibilities? · Gathering of product, legal and production documentation on various components as well as supplied delivered sub-assembled components · Preparation of customer documentation, verification of production documentation, verification of certificates/KPI and handling other types of QA documents in relation to ERP system, specification and customer contract · Ensuring main components structure in SAP, and create the equipment structure for turbines onshore/offshore · Establishing and building documentation according to SWP requirements What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are in the final phase of your Bachelor/Master studies of Business Sciences, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar · You are an advanced user of MS Office · You possess excellent English skills · As a person you are outgoing, flexible and a quick learner · You have a structured and organized approach to your tasks and like to work in a team In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
