The International Centre at the Danish Technological Institute in Taastrup is looking for a student assistant to help us manage our portfolio of international projects. Assist in projects You will be working with four project managers who will rely on your ability to work independently and with a certain degree of initiative and responsibility. As part of our team of three student assistants, your tasks would primarily be to assist in managing existing projects, preparing technical proposals for future projects, screening for and contact to potential experts as well as other administrative tasks. On a daily basis, you are able to manage and prioritise your own time. We expect you to work between 15 and 20 hours per week. However, you will have some freedom in selecting your work schedule. French and English Speaking Student You are enrolled at a Danish University on a Master’s degree programme with minimum 2-3 years of full time studies left. You possess excellent reading, writing and speaking skills in French and English. Speaking Danish is not mandatory but it is considered an advantage. Your level in MS Office and Project Management Tools is proficient, and you are interested in working with development issues in an international atmosphere. International Centre The International Centre implements a range of international development projects, funded primarily by the European Union. The projects are implemented throughout EU neighbourhood countries, in Anglo- and Francophone Africa and Asia, and are especially targeting the following fields related to industrial development: Energy & Climate, Food, Human Resource Development, SME Business Development, Technology Standardisation, Certification and Quality Infrastructures.
