Then you may be our new Student Assistant in Digital Solutions.
About the job
You will become part of the Digital Solutions Product Management Team within the Oticon Sales & Marketing organization, and work in close cooperation with many stakeholders. More specifically, you will be involved in competitor analysis work, investigating market trends and supporting the Product managers in their strategic frontloading of new digital products and features. Consequently, your areas of responsibility and your tasks are very broad and varied. Some of your tasks include:
- Drive and maintain the competitor analysis drawing on the experience and insights from the product managers
- Support the Product managers in their work on Smart Phone apps, Fitting Software features and any other product related delivery. E.g. in the form of help gathering insight within a certain field, structuring data and information to support product decisions.
- Plan and prepare events
- Help drive and maintain the team website, tools and templates
- Assist in various improvement projects
Your background and personal competencies
You are probably in the third year of your Bachelor within Marketing, Management or Communications and have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Sales and Marketing.
We expect you to be a strong planner and organizer. You have great attention to details, and work with tasks in a structured way. Furthermore, you are experienced and confident in communicating with numerous people internationally, both verbally and in writing. Your style of work is characterized by you being proactive; working independently and taking responsibility is second nature to you. You will be someone who like taking tasks, driving them and seeing them to completion.
In order to achieve success in your new role, you possess the following qualities:
- Be able to take responsibility
- Be self-driven
- Have a very structured mindset/approach
- Have strong coordination skills
- Be able to "own" a project from start to end (self-driven, structured, following up)
- Have good stakeholder/communication skills
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Speak and write English fluently.
We expect you to work 16 hours per week and are of course flexible in exam periods.

We expect you to work time corresponding to no less than 2 days a week, preferably 3, distributed to suit both your and our schedule. This may increase in busy periods; however, we also offer flexibility around exams and holidays.
