Student assistant, Project Excellence, Bagsværd We are looking for a bright, motivated student to join our team and support us with the journey to drive best practice project management and leadership across Novozymes. You will become part of a team of eight colleagues, including two student assistants, working with developing the ways of working with project and portfolio management in Novozymes. We offer an environment for personal and professional development with unique exposure to and interaction with multiple industries and functional areas in Novozymes. Your main focus will be to support the department in its various tasks related to the daily workflow through communication of best practices and how to guides for project management procedures via sharepoint sites and written guidelines. Also support to course offerings, e.g. preparation of course material, handle sign-up procedure, and communication to participants will be part of your assignments. Furthermore, you will also assist the group in ad-hoc tasks in the daily operations of the department. The average time commitment is around 15 hours a week, most likely split on 2-3 days, with an option of full time during university breaks, at the headquarters office in Bagsværd. Workload can vary at times and we expect that you will be flexible. We will also provide flexibility to account for exams or other periods where less time can be spent on work. In this position you need to: •Study at CBS, DTU, KU or other relevant field and be in your last year as an undergraduate student or the first year of your graduate studies •Have excellent communication skills and be outgoing and open •Have advanced PowerPoint skills, and experience with the MS Office tools •Have experience with Sharepoint as an editor and preferably as an administrator •Be proactive and able to work independently – but also enjoy working as part of a team •Be fluent in spoken and written English Are you the next Zymer in our team?
