We’re looking for an energetic student to support in talent acquisition. As our Student Assistant, you will search and find talented people across Europe and support throughout the recruitment process.

You will use your researching skills combined with your relationship management ability to find potential candidates and build talent pipelines. Further, you’ll evaluate applications and assist in scheduling interviews.

Specifically, you’ll:

• Manage candidate pipelines
• Find, review, and screen applicants to determine the best team fit
• Search for candidates through a variety of search methods (online sourcing and networking through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals etc.)
• Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and the organization
• Administrate initial stages of the application process by using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Maintain data integrity of all information

Your role is primarily focused on talent search: Finding great people to join our company. Ideally, though, it is our hope you have a strong interest in recruitment and are eager to further develop your skills in this field.

You should expect to work approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Requirements

You are:

You have a strong willingness to learn and have a structured approach to work. Maybe you are currently enrolled in a B.A./B.Sc. in HR, Business Administration, Communication or another related field? To us, your teamworking skills and your personality are key. 

You also have:

• Excellent English language skills (fluency in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch or German is considered as a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Superb customer focus
• You are ambitious and persistently work for your goals
• Interest in research, talent mapping, and candidate sourcing
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about recruitment and HR operations
• Comfort in picking up the phone to talk to candidates
