STUDENT ASSISTANT TO THE DIGITAL WORKPLACE TEAM AT CARLSBERG GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES
Do you want to take part in Carlsberg’s digital transformation while building competence in your change management and digital tools competencies? The Digital Workplace Team in Carlsberg Global Business Services is looking for a student assistant with a vivid interest in digital work tools, and a desire to work and grow in a global environment.
The Digital Workplace Team in Carlsberg Global Business Services (GBS) is accountable for our workplace in the Carlsberg Group and manages the Microsoft Office 365 platform globally. While improving the basics we also have a strong focus on user adoption, new ways of working and exploring how to enhance the experience of working in Carlsberg.
About the job: Our team has set ambitious goals for creating probably the best end user experience in the world and you will play an important role in achieving this.
We are looking for an ambitious student assistant, who will take part in this journey and contribute both with tracking and reporting on performance, adoption planning and execution as well as testing of new ways of working. The tasks requires cooperation and coordination with colleagues around the globe.
Depending on your skills there will be opportunity to adjust and develop the role.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Run and improve our global Digital Workplace survey including the reporting
- Build Digital Workplace performance dashboard
- Assist the team with creation of presentations, videos, articles and other digital workplace guides
- Cooperate with our communications team to secure that our intranet pages are updated
- Assist our IT Service Management lead with deliveries to our top management
Work load: Up to 20 hours per week. Start date: as soon as possible
Your qualifications: The perfect fit for the role is a person with a great interest in how we can work smarter with the current and future digital tools. You have a great sense for quality and eye for the detail without loosing track of the bigger picture. You have good people skills and would like to develop your change management skills. You work independently, deliver on deadlines and seek feedback as a natural part of your learning process. It is an advantage if you already is a capable user of Excel, PowerPoint and potentially other Office 365 tools.
You could be a student at the IT University or another University/ Business School with IT as key focus. You have passed the first year of your bachelor’s studies and have at least two years of your education remaining. You might also have worked with similar activities in current or past jobs.
