Lyngby / Student / IT / Ref.: MD-069177 In Maersk Drilling we are looking for two student assistants who can assist with Local IT user support in a highly engaged team. You may not be doing the same thing, every day. Your day may include answering the phones and dispatching work to other team members, or it may include resolving issues and / or going onsite. Key Responsibilities - Providing support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows 7, desktop support and Microsoft Office. - Help desk for IT/managed services experience. - Document maintenance for all computer systems. - Assisting in the formulation, planning and monitoring of policies and procedures; - Assisting purchase PCs, HWs in general and mobile devices. Who we are looking for - A person with high knowledge of Windows 7 and surrounding configurations. - You have high interest for users support, is service minded and acts as a mentor when it comes to IT. - You have high interest and knowledge for all IT HWs and mobile devices. - Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services - Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment - Good communication skills, fluent in English both verbal and written.
