Lokation DK - Smørum .We are currently looking for a student to join our Project Portfolio Management team. The job is with start primo January and scheduled to be between 10-15 hours/week. About the job You will be part of Oticon Project Portfolio Management, a unit within R&D that enable and facilitate decisions concerning resource allocation and monitor potential bottlenecks in key competence areas. Furthermore, the unit is responsible for the project management work methods applied in product development where processes, tools and templates are continuously updated. As our new student assistant you will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks related to project office activities and project portfolio management. Your main tasks include the following: Adding, moving and deleting users in our capacity planning software. Updating Excel reports concerning capacity and project progress. Collecting and distributing input to management decision boards Keeping our SharePoint site updated with information concerning the project portfolio. Other ad-hoc tasks within the project portfolio management area. About you We expect you to be studying towards completion of your B.Sc. or M.Sc. An important criterion is that you can demonstrate understanding of IT systems and good ability to work in Excel and potentially SharePoint. Understanding of the project management discipline, or experience with administrative and coordinative tasks from a previous student job, is considered an advantage.
