In Grundfos’ Business Development organisation, we are responsible for developing the long term strategies, including new business models, new innovation and new product development. You will thus get a real feel of working with innovation processes, including transforming ideas into business models and products that will reach the market in 3-5 years. One of your assignments could be to perform customer and competitor analysis, and further, you may be involved in new business development projects where you participate in identifying and researching the markets and possible customers. As you participate in real-life challenges and complex projects, you will need to show us where you can contribute with your experience and knowledge, and actively take part in defining your tasks. As we have numerous other students, you will participate in our internal network hosted by the Graduates in Grundfos Graduate Programme. Here you can meet with other students to share experiences, gain more insight or just have fun in “Archimedes’ Club”. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? To be considered for a student opportunity within Business Development, you are studying at master’s level within Business Administration or possibly Engineering – within innovation. You have an international outlook and speak and write fluent English. We expect you to be highly analytical – however with the ability to keep a holistic overview of complex issues. You are ambitious with the intention to add value to the company, you join. Furthermore it is important that you want to share new ideas and perspectives as well as push the existing boundaries to help move us forward.
