We are looking for a student worker with good humor, who wants to work in the software industry, within customer success. The main parts of the job will be helping our customer success engagement officer write up content for our success portal, blogs and maintaining the success portal website. You might also be asked to help with other marketing tasks as required.

What we are looking for:

• Text copy writing in English, if you have examples that would be great
• Passionate personality, technical interest would be nice
• Eager to learn CMS
• Interest in content
• Studying bachelor or masters
• Easy going

If you are studying at one of the IT universities, or a degree in Marketing with a focus on IT, it would be beneficial. You will be working in a small team and with the wider product and development departments. We also have a team of consultants who help build and maintain our customers’ installations.
