For our Delegation team in the Human Resource Department in Brande we are looking for an energetic student worker with excellent communication skills. In this position you will get an opportunity to try a variety of tasks related to delegation; preparing relevant texts, reports, system maintenance and answering questions from employees, thus gaining an understanding of global mobility multinational organization. Moreover, you will get the opportunity to develop your competencies in how Human Resources support the business efficiently and in a highly professional way. What are my responsibilities? · Production of different texts including e-mails and letters to employees and other internal communication. · Report generation. · Translation of documents – primarily Danish/English. · Archiving and data maintenance in internal systems (primarily SAP and IHRIS). · Ad-hoc in various projects the Delegation team is involved in. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are enrolled as Bachelor or Master student - e.g. within Business Administration or similar. · You possess excellent communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written Danish and English. · You are skilled in Microsoft Office have a flair of IT systems. · You have a structured and organized approach to your tasks and like to work in a team. · You are self-driven, flexible and have an out-going personality. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know? Siemens HR performs tasks for all Siemens companies in Denmark and services approx. 6,500 employees. We counsel as well as develop and carry out all types of HR-related tasks such as development of the organization and employees and administration of wages and personnel. At present our department has 120 dedicated employees, and we have offices in the Danish cities Ballerup, Brande, Nordborg, Vejle and Aalborg.
