For our Process & Performance department in Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain Logistics we are looking for an expert within internal communication. You will be working in a department with a global focus where cultural and organisational differences are a part of our daily life. The department defines global concepts and coordinate the implementation of business improvements all over the global supply chain. What are my responsibilities? Develop and improve tools and templates for internal communication Participate in shaping the communication strategy of the department Execution of tasks related to the communication strategy Deliver targeted presentations, articles, blogs and news tickers in writing Maintain content concept for SharePoint intranet sites Implementation of new initiatives on SharePoint intranet sites What do I need to qualify for this job? You are studying Corporate Communication or the like. You are well-experienced in Power Point and preferably have knowledge of SharePoint and you might have experience within internal communication from other global companies. You always strive to reach the right target group, no matter of cultural differences, organisational level and insight. You are comfortable with both written and verbal communication as well as social media channels. You master the ability to formulate and get through with a clear written message using various internal communication channels. You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
