Mode of employment: part time (10-16 hours) For our Productivity Performance Management (PPM) team we are looking for proactive, self-motivated and dedicated team player to support the program managers for the global productivity program in the development of guidelines, training material, reviewing business cases and other ad hoc tasks. What are my responsibilities? · Helping and supporting the program managers with ad hoc KPI reporting, in developing tools and frameworks for reporting on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis · Supporting the project managers in the creation and maintenance of presentations, spreadsheets and other project related documents from the project management toolbox · Support the team in the creation and maintenance of presentations, spreadsheets and other project related documents from the project management toolbox · Support the Business Optimization Analyst in their daily work · Ensure good team communication and interfaces by handling document and information sharing · Supporting the department in the daily work What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are enrolled at a University with a focus on business, business administration or finance, either on Bachelor or Masters level · As a person you are self driven and proactively seeks for challenges · You feel comfortable by working independently based on initiative and self-management · You have a creative approach to solving tasks and to focus o n tasks from an idea to implementation state – to be responsible and deliver results based on agreed deadlines within the team will be highly appreciated · You are self-motivated and a dedicated team player that strives for success and to achieve your/our targets · You are able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment · You have great communication skills and master the English language both orally and written, and you are also a skilled user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
