For our HR Strategy & Innovations and HR Systems team within the Human Resource department in Denmark we are looking for a talented and highly motivated Student Worker to support our team 2-3 days per week. The team is responsible for optimizing the use of HR systems and setting up key data for reporting and decision making purposes. As our Student Worker, you will have a great opportunity to work in a global company and contribute to a fast developing organization with high impact on the overall business on country level. What are my responsibilities? · To work in a team on individual and project related tasks. · To set up of reports from various data sources, carrying out data sanity checks and ensure thorough handover to internal HR functions including further analysis like benchmarking, correlations and regression analysis. · To participate in the development of the departments Knowledge Management, in particular documentation of projects, processes and procedures. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are studying a Master of Business Sciences, Economics or similar with focus on HR analytics. · You are a quick learner with strong analytical skills, comfortable working with details and statistics. · You are a good communicator and have a high quality orientation. · You have a structured and organized approach to your tasks and like to work in a team. · You are an advanced user of MS Office - especially Excel. VBA experience is considered an advantage. · You possess good English skills written and spoken. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
