We are looking for an energetic and helpful student support to be part of the Admin Services Team in HR. Admin Services is responsible for HR Administrative Processes across Siemens in Denmark incl. creation and maintenance of high quality HR data. What are my responsibilities? · Archiving in personnel files and maintenance of the archive · Create internal transfers and form external employees in SAP · Quality control of system data · Maintenance of HR master data (individual changes/mass changes) in SAP HR · Creation of documents (letters, etc.) · You should expect to be involved in supporting other HR teams in peak situations What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are enrolled in Bachelor or Master Studies · You have a structured and organized approach to your tasks and like to work in a team · You are analytical, comfortable working with details and a quick learner · As a person you are independent, self-motivated and a dedicated team player · You are an experienced user of MS Word and Excel · You possess excellent Danish and English skills In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. We counsel as well as develop and carry out all types of HR-related tasks such as recruitment, development of the organization and employees, and administration of wages and personnel.
