For our Business Administration department in Port of Esbjerg within the Offshore Project Management, we are looking for a Student Worker. The Business Administration department is responsible for the controlling of site costs for the preassembly activities in Port of Esbjerg.

The site controlling activities are executed from Esbjerg or Vejle. The Project controlling team consists of 11 dedicated employees supporting the Project Management teams with project controlling activities, SAP reports and other controlling topics.

What are my responsibilities? • Create purchase order requests for Port of Esbjerg and update overviews per supplier • Check the invoices received with the backup documentation (time sheets, purchase orders, contracts) • Controlling on hours spent by blue collars in preassembly work • Consolidate data, overview and check input for correctness • Contact group lead in Port of Esbjerg for details on hour registration • Create overviews for management regarding hours spent doing preassembly in Esbjerg

What do I need to qualify for this job? • You are enrolled at a university and studying Business Administration or a similar subject (please attach your Certificate of Matriculation) • You are interested in understanding productivity of blue collars on site and are not afraid to go and ask for explanations regarding hour registration • You have a flexible mindset and are able to work in a multicultural environment • You are interested in working within a global context with global stakeholders • You are structured, analytical and take pride in clear communication with different working groups • You have good IT skills, especially Excel, Power Point and eventually SAP • You have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
