For our Spare Parts Strategy team within our Service organization we are looking for Student Workers. The team is a part of the Product Lifecycle Management department (PLM) and is responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives to improve the service level for our customers as well as our competitiveness in the aftermarket. PLM itself is responsible for managing the product service portfolio with the key objective to reflect today's and tomorrow's customer requirements. What are my responsibilities? Categorizing spare parts into groups of similar parts Identify items by reviewing technical documents such as drawings Verifying and documenting spare parts technical attributes Documenting supplier information Finding market prices for spare parts What do I need to qualify for this job? You are enrolled on a Bachelor/Master degree programme within Industrial Engineering or the like (please attach your Certificate of Matriculation). You are interested in technical as well as commercial topics You are structured and analytical with an eye for detail. You have good IT skills and are an advanced Microsoft Office Excel user. You have a flexible mindset and are able to work in a multicultural environment. Furthermore, you are interested in working within a global context with global stakeholders.You have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
