For the Global Supplier Quality department in Brande, Denmark we are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Expert to contribute Q-expertise and lead cross-functional teams solving supplier quality problems, The department has the overall responsibility for securing that suppliers meet Siemens Wind Power’s product requirements as well as corporate responsibilities. As a Supplier Quality Assurance Expert you are the interface to manufacturing in a quality expert role externally as well as internally with high attention of the management of production. In this position you will report to the Head of Supplier Quality Assurance. What are my responsibilities? · Coordination of and contribution to solve supplier quality problems according to the 8D-methodology and drive projects to solve the problems sustainably. · Manufacturing support towards containment and initial analysis of quality issues · Driving deep root cause analyses with internal and external partners. · Identification and addressing of corrective and preventative actions internally and externally · Collaborating with internal and external resources · Training and guidance of internal colleagues and suppliers in quality tools and methods to increase supplier performance · Training and guidance of internal colleagues and suppliers in quality tools and methods to increase supplier performance What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent professional background, combined with minimum 5 years of experience within quality or technology · You have experience in working in multicultural cross-functional teams · You are experienced in process-based quality appraisal and improvement · You are experienced in moderation of or executing deep root cause analysis · Experienced with quality management systems (QMS) for ISO 9001 or equivalent · Knowhow of production processes and quality control · You have a solid experience in application of Quality-methods and statistics, e. g. SPC, MSA, APQP · You are experienced in working in international companies and you have good communication as well as presentation skills · As a person you are self-driven, assertive and quality-oriented, and you have a structured approach in your way of working · You speak Danish at an advanced level · You speak and write English at a very high level · You are skilled in Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems (SAP) and preferably also of design tools Additionally the following qualifications are desired but not required · Certified lead auditor · Experience in an international company · Experience in an international company · Experience in an international company · Certified as a Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
