As part of Global Sourcing we offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, high performing and international work environment Manufacturing & Global Sourcing, Supplier QSE and Development Supplier Quality, Safety, Environment & Development (SQSED) is part of Global Sourcing at Vestas. SQSED is regionally split into North America, Europe and Asia. This position will work globally across all regions with a mission to secure suppliers globally. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for deployment, steering and execution of global and strategic SQSED projects (APQP deployment, Safety related projects, Sustainability & Environmental projects, Performance & Efficiency improvement initiatives) You will coordinate Business Process and Tool Management activities in SQSED, in full alignment with GS and QSE frameworks You will develop and ensure effective collaboration & communication platforms within global SQSED You will play a major role in supporting the organization of internal and external SQSED workshops & events You will organize benchmarking events In view of your high level of involvement in strategic programs you will be a permanent member of the SQSED Management Team. Qualifications: Master Degree 5-10 years of experience in industry Solid track records in change/transformation project management Possesses a foundational knowledge in Safety, Quality, Environmental and Sustainability standards Experience in procurement/sourcing is beneficial Competencies: Excellent in planning and coordination of activities Genuine stakeholder manager and strong on soft skills Able to communicate across many boundaries (cultures, functions, geographies) Very structured Good presentation skills Up to date knowledge on modern and virtual team communication tools Adaptable and open to new ideas and changing business conditions Be flexible and act as ambassador for the Vestas values Customer-focused, proactive result-oriented Fluent in English What we offer: This position offers unique challenges and responsibilities driving Supplier base excellence within Global sourcing SQSED.
