Do you have a solid understanding of quality improvements? And have you demonstrated the ability to use methods to improve processes and products through continuous improvement programmes or problem solving teams? Then you might want to use your experience within electronics to play a key role securing the quality of our suppliers and the reliability for our customers in Danfoss Cooling. You will work from our office in Nordborg in a dedicated team reporting to the Quality Manager. ? Quality, availability and world-class products You will work closely with internal partners and with suppliers and customers to improve quality of products and processes, and you will get the opportunity to strengthen your professional and personal skills by keeping Danfoss up to market leader performance. Your tasks will include: •Supplier quality management •Claim handling •PPAP/PPAP Documentation Review and Approvals •Quality document and quality record control •Quality project management •Quality auditing – internal and at suppliers •Change control •Problem solving and crisis management •Continuous improvement projects It will be in your remit to build strong networks with our key stakeholders. In order to align our business internationally, you will improve our suppliers’ quality performance and secure customer satisfaction. Some travel activity will be expected. Strong technical background and project management skills You have an educational background in engineering or in an applied science discipline. You might have a background in electronics or software quality, and through your previous jobs, you have obtained experience with emphasis on supplier quality management. ISO 9001 experience is required, preferably ISO/TS16949, and Six Sigma green or black belt is an advantage. You master the problem solving toolbox (FMEA, 8D analysis, etc.) and are proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical tools. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you are comfortable with taking on project management responsibilities independently. You are analytical and have an ethical and organised customer focus that drives you towards results. Finally, you speak and write English fluently, and Danish skills will be an advantage.
